Mitsuhide Akechi discovered that Nobunaga was a vampire called Nosferatu and tried to kill him, but despite being defeated by being stabbed in the heart with the Seirei Seki from Mitsuhide's spear, Nosferatu says that he will revive in the future after Mitsuhide's death.

Centuries later, Mitsuhide's spirit warns Ghost Sweepers in the present day of Nosferatu's revival and that he must be stopped. Reiko Mikami, Tadao Yokoshima, Okinu, Father Karasu and Pete attempt to stop his revival, but despite their efforts, Nosferatu's loyal servant Ranmaru Mori manages to restore his master by dropping Mikami's blood on him, and Nosferatu easily defeats them. Nosferatu began creating a castle in the city and turning the population into zombies. In the hospital, the Ghost Sweepers talk on how they will stop him and his growing army. Meanwhile, Emi Ogasawara, Doctor Chaos and Maria attempt to stop Nosferatu, but they are defeated and captured by Ranmaru. As they are Ghost Sweepers, they are kept alive to have their blood drained to feed Nosferatu, increasing his power. Later, Meiko Rokudou is also captured. When the hospital is surrounded by zombies, Mikami and Yokoshima are rescued by Yakuchin with a helicopter and takes them to Nosferatu's castle to stop him.

TriviaEdit

  • Years later, Takashi Shiina created Mister Zipangu, a manga that also contains the three historical characters (Mitsuhide, Nobunaga, and Ranmaru) present in the film. However, the story, appearance, and personality of the manga characters are different from the film. Mikami meets the manga Nobunaga in Heroes Comeback.
