Count Bloodeau (ブラドー伯爵 Buradō Hakushaku, pronounced "Count Blado") is a vampire that wants to conquer the world. He is Pete's father, and Pete says that Bloodeau is the "cousin of the husband of Count Dracula's sister". Pete reunites a group of Ghost Sweepers to help him defeat his father in the island he lives, and Emi Ogasawara is bitten by him when she mistakes Bloodeau with Pete. He is later defeated in a battle against his son and all persons he had bitten returned to normal.
